Let’s Talk about Weight Watchers.  I am referring to those who are constantly watching their weight as well as others … (just be real).

Question Posed:  Are you Body Conscious? or Body Confident?

It’s time to deal with thoughts concerning your body. Are your thoughts based on truth or your perception of what is true?

While some have a deep personal need for bodily reconstruction, I believe that has very little has to do with weight. Before I continue, let me clarify… I am not saying that weight is not a real issue for individuals. What I am saying is that deep down inside there is “WANT” beyond weight loss.

 

You WANT to feel good in the clothes that you wear

You WANT to feel good about your food choices

You WANT to feel flexibility of movement in your clothing

You WANT to feel confident

You WANT to feel fabulous especially when it’s time to look fabulous

You WANT to feel great 

 

What you wear definitely can impact all of the above, BUT it all starts with how you feel about you and what you perceive about yourself.  If you want to see your body differently?
